Mary Cassatt
Mary Cassatt was an American painter and printmaker who was part of the group of Impressionists working in and around Paris. She focused almost exclusively on the intimate lives of contemporary women, particularly in their roles as caretakers of children.
Mary Cassatt created Woman with a Pearl Necklace in a Log in 1879. It is now part of the collection at Philadelphia Museum of Art in United States.
