Carracci, Annibale was an Italian Baroque painter known for his classical style and mastery of fresco. His work, blending realism and idealism, played a pivotal role in the development of Baroque art, particularly through his frescoes in the Palazzo Farnese in Rome.
Annibale Carracci created Pietà in 1599. It is now part of the collection at Museo e Real Bosco di Capodimonte in Italy.
