Pierre Puvis de Chavannes
Puvis de Chavannes was a French painter known for his large-scale murals and allegorical works. His serene, idealized compositions and use of soft colors made him a leading figure in Symbolism and an influence on later modern artists.
Pierre Puvis de Chavannes created Fantasy in 1866. It is now part of the collection at Ōhara Museum of Art in Japan.
