Grant Wood
Grant DeVolson Wood was an American artist and a key figure in the Regionalist art movement. He is best known for his depictions of the rural Midwest, capturing the essence of American life during the early 20th century.
Grant Wood created American Gothic in 1918. It is now part of the collection at Art Institute of Chicago in United States.
